About this role

We built our own AI editorial pipeline. We're hiring an editor who can run it daily and improve it.

You will:

Edit 4-6 stories per day, drafted with AI assistance
Iterate the prompts and templates that power our pipeline
Train new reporters on AI-augmented reporting

Requirements:

5+ years editing experience at a digital newsroom
Comfortable rewriting AI drafts to publication standard
Skeptical of AI output, opinionated about journalism
